- Our records of quotes, bookings, messages, invoices and warranty claims involving you.
- Technical information collected by our website and form providers, such as your IP address, device and browser, referring page and how you use the site.
Please try to keep people, house numbers and other personal details out of the photos you send us.

Optional analytics or marketing tools are only used where the rules on consent allow. You can withdraw consent or ask us to stop marketing to you at any time.
Sharing your information
We share data only where necessary with: our technicians; the providers that host our website, forms and customer records; telephone, email and messaging providers; payment providers; our accountant and other professional advisers; and authorities where required by law. Our quote form is run by LeadConnector (HighLevel). If you choose PayPal or Klarna, they process the payment or credit decision under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not normally store full card details, and we never sell personal data.
International transfers and security
Some of the providers behind our website, forms, communications or analytics may process data outside the UK. Where that is a restricted transfer, we rely on a UK adequacy decision or an approved safeguard. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, although no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention
- Enquiries and photos that do not lead to a booking: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless needed for a dispute.
- Repair, invoice and payment records: usually up to six years after the end of the relevant financial year.
- Warranty and complaint records: while the warranty or complaint remains relevant, and for a reasonable period after that.
We review the data we hold periodically and delete anything we no longer need, unless we must keep it by law or because of a potential claim.
Cookies
Our website and quote form may set cookies that are essential for them to function. If analytics, advertising or other embedded services are enabled, these may set additional cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, though some parts of the site may stop working properly. We will check which non-essential cookies the site uses and ask for your consent where required before they are set.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict our use of it, receive it in a portable format, object to certain uses and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Some of these rights are subject to legal conditions. To exercise them, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
